After talking with seven well-established retail storeowners in the Los Angeles and New York areas, TDmonthly recommends the following toys for the month of June: For girls ages 5 to 10, Sun Deco kits have seen a surge of sales with summer (and good weather for sunlight) arriving. All sorts of other arts and crafts kits are selling well, too, including Galt’s Bead Bonanza (especially for the 8 to 11-year-old girls). For the boys? The active ones ages 5 to 7 consider the Bungee Jumper king. And for the 8 to 10-year-old boys, there has been a rush in sales for Birdhouse Skateboard´s Tony Hawkline.

For kids who want to do skateboard moves without the skateboard, the Bungee Jumper is a super-soft, safe, indoor/outdoor pogo bouncer.
